2025 Southeastern Designer Showhouse

The theme for my space at the 2025 Southeastern Designer Showhouse was an English-inspired living room, shaped by the architecture of the Showhouse, which was modeled after a traditional Cotswold cottage. I’ve always believed that interiors should reflect and honor a home’s architectural roots, and that principle guided every design decision in the space. The design began with a beautiful fabric from Zina that I used on the Dunmore sofa, a piece from my own Honey House by O. Henry House collection. From there, the room evolved into a layered mix of soft greens, taupes, and textures, incorporating personal touches like the JW chair, the Nora chair (named after my daughter), and thoughtfully selected antiques from trusted vendors I’ve known for years. To balance the history and warmth of those pieces, I added modern art for a bit of movement and energy. The result is a space that feels like a quiet conversation between old and new - timeless, personal and deeply connected to the home’s architectural roots.
